Shipping within the UK is free
Please note that each piece of jewellery is handmade by myself from my studio in Dundee, Scotland. I don’t hold a huge amount of items in stock therefore most items are made to order. Most are ready to be shipped within 2-4 weeks.
If an item is required for a specific date please contact me before placing your order info@metalliumjewellery.co.uk and I will advise as to whether this is possible.
Items that are in stock will be shipped after payment is received (usually same day).
Postage is free for customers within the UK. All items are sent by Royal Mail special delivery (guarenteed next day before 1pm) as this is the safest way. In the event that they get damaged or lost in transit they are insured.
International orders may incur custom charges and cost £12 for postage. Please note I cannot mark parcels as gifts.
